# List support-access requests and grants > The support_access.list operation: GET /api/v1/support_access_grants in the REST API and the support_access_list tool in the MCP server. Lists the support-access requests and grants Ownrecord staff made for your organization, newest first: who asked, why, for which mode (`read` acts as a viewer; `write` as an admin without secrets) and how long, who approved or denied it, when it started and ended, and how many requests were made under it (`actions`). This is the Access log (spec §39.3); `support_access.list_actions` lists what was done under one grant. `status` filters on the status now: `requested` (waiting for your decision), `approved` (active or about to be), `denied`, `expired` (an undecided request after 24 hours, or a grant past its end) or `revoked` (ended early by you, by the staff member or by a policy change).
