# Deny a support-access request > The support_access.deny operation: POST /api/v1/support_access_grants/{id}/deny in the REST API and the support_access_deny tool in the MCP server. Refuses a support-access request from Ownrecord staff (spec §39.3), optionally with a `reason` the staff member sees. Nothing in your organization is visible to them.
