# Resume a paused subscription > The subscriptions.resume operation: POST /api/v1/subscriptions/{id}/resume in the REST API and the subscriptions_resume tool in the MCP server. Resumes a paused subscription: it is active again, its current billing period carries on and renewals collect again. The customer's entitlements come back.
