## `announcements_list_current`

The announcements Ownrecord shows at the top of the console right now (spec §39.1), most severe first: planned
maintenance, incidents, changes that need your attention. With `orgId` (an organization you belong to), the list
also has the announcements for that organization's plan; without it, only those for everyone. Messages are plain
text from Ownrecord staff.

### Arguments

| Argument | Type         | Required | Description                    |
| -------- | ------------ | -------- | ------------------------------ |
| `orgId`  | ID (`org_…`) | no       | An organization you belong to. |

- **Read-only:** changes nothing; `idempotency_key` is ignored.

### Errors

- [`resource_not_found`](https://ownrecord.io/docs/reference/errors.md#resource_not_found): `orgId` isn't an organization you belong to.
- [`permission_denied`](https://ownrecord.io/docs/reference/errors.md#permission_denied): You aren't signed in as a person (API keys have no console).
